Quarters Offered: Fall The purpose of this course is to examine Latin morphology and paradigms, grammar and syntax, and vocabulary that will be utilized for the translation of beginner-to-intermediate Latin passages produced during the classical and patristic ages. This course will emphasize a graduated comprehension of the nominal declension and verbal conjugation forms of the language and will survey Roman republican and imperial literature with illustrative reading passages. |
