The Facilities Maintenance Specialist Associate of Applied Science (AAS) program equips students with comprehensive skills for successful careers in facilities management and maintenance. Developed in collaboration with industry professionals, this program meets current workforce demands across commercial, healthcare, educational, and industrial sectors. Students gain practical knowledge in essential maintenance systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC/R, and building automation.
